Generation Issues

  • Scraper Blocked: If your website has aggressive bot protection, our scraper may be blocked. Contact us to whitelist our IP addresses.
  • Missing Content: If the AI missed a specific section of your site, you can ask the AI Agent to "Scrape [URL] and add a page about [Topic]."

Design & Styling

  • Logo Not Appearing: Ensure your logo is in a supported format (PNG, SVG, JPG) and is not blocked by a firewall.
  • Color Mismatch: If the extracted colors aren't quite right, use the AI Agent to manually set your brand's hex codes.

Publishing & Domains

  • DNS Not Verifying: Double-check that your CNAME record matches the instructions exactly. Remember that DNS changes can take time to propagate.
  • SSL Error: If your site shows a certificate error, ensure you don't have CAA records preventing Let's Encrypt from issuing a certificate.

AI Agent

  • Agent Not Responding: If the Agent seems stuck, try refreshing the editor.
  • Incorrect Edits: If the Agent makes a change you don't like, you can simply ask it to "Undo the last change" or provide more specific instructions.
