Quick Start Guide

Get your documentation site live in four simple steps. No credit card or technical setup required.

1. Paste Your URL

Enter your product's website URL on the Docsio homepage. Our AI will immediately begin mapping your site, scraping content, and identifying your brand assets.

2. Watch the AI Build

The AI Agent will walk you through a 5-phase onboarding process:

  1. Brand Extraction: Detecting your colors, logo, and typography.
  2. Content Analysis: Mapping your features, pricing, and integrations.
  3. Site Construction: Writing pages and setting up navigation.
  4. Polishing: Applying styles and refining the layout.
  5. Final Audit: Checking for broken links and consistency.

3. Review and Edit

Once the initial build is complete, you'll be taken to the Docsio Editor. Here you can:

  • Preview: Navigate through your new site in the live preview pane.
  • Edit with AI: Tell the AI Agent to "Add a page about our API" or "Change the primary color to blue."
  • Manual Edits: Access the code and content files directly if you prefer.

4. Publish

When you're happy with the result, click the Publish button. Your site will be live instantly on a docsio.co subdomain (e.g., acme.docs.docsio.co) with automatic SSL.

Pro Tip

Pro users can connect a Custom Domain like docs.yourcompany.com in the project settings.
