Team Collaboration

Documentation is often a team effort. Docsio makes it easy to collaborate with your colleagues.

Inviting Members

On the Pro Plan, you can invite up to 5 team members to your project. To invite someone:

1. Go to Project Settings > Team.
2. Enter their email address.
3. Choose their role (Editor or Viewer).

Roles and Permissions

• Editors: Have full access to the AI Agent, file editor, and publishing tools.
• Viewers: Can see the project and live preview but cannot make changes or publish.

Collaborative Editing

The AI Agent can handle requests from any team member. You'll see a history of changes made by different members, making it easy to track the evolution of your documentation.

Transferring Ownership

If you need to transfer a project to another account, you can do so from the project settings. The new owner must have a Docsio account.
